Shipping policy

We ship in the continental United States only at this time.

Free shipping is only available when posted, either globally on the website, or as part of promotions on specific products.

Each order is unique, and shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. All orders are shipped either USPS or UPS for continental United States only. Items are generally shipped same-day or next business day.

Shipping times are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not from when the order is placed. Tracking will be sent when available.

Items that are noted in the product description as "in-store only" cannot be shipped. This includes all fuel, kayaks, sleds, and other bulky or hazardous items.

Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless an error has been made on our part. An RMA is required before sending a return.
